Ive used up my 320 gb Space on my PS3 so I was thinking of connecting my 1 tb HD to the system. However I read that it has to be in fat32 format which means no larger files than 4 gb :( Most games are larger, is there a good solution to this?

If what you want is an external HDD to store games you are screwed, PS3 doesn´t recognize external HDDs to do that. Instead of doing that change your internal HDD, PS3 recognizes it up to 2 TB.

Who said that PS3 only supports up to 2TB?

You cant use an external HDD on PS3 or PS4.
