Yea if this is true then freekin SweeT!! With the "theme settings" finally (supposedly) beind added, now we may be able to put our own wallpapers up for the background instead of the wave. The psp's setting to change the wallpaper is under "theme settings" so most likely it is the same for the ps3!
I AM SCREEMING IN JOY! OMG I KNEW SONY WOULD COME THROUGH THIS UPDATE IS HUGE! I hope that XMB access will allow our music to be played as well as messaging and use of the internet so that if you get stuck in a game you can go look for help :D This reminds me of when the info of Home was leaked I was so happy then it became official.
I don't think it's a hoax, I mean the firmware is at what now, 1.70? So the jump from that to 2.00 means that it's some heavy stuff coming down the pipeline. It would be BS if all of these items were listed as a part of a firmware update of 1.80, but usually a whole muber bump is a good thing. What I won't read into is the fact that music can be played while playing your games...
