Do it right brotha! Don't just get one game; get at least 3. That's the minumum number of games allowed for the grand unveiling of a new piece of harware. Try to cover a different genre with each game.
I'd recommend any mixture of these:
God of War 3 (best single player platformer available)
COD Black Ops (for online multiplayer, great local mp as well)
Fallout New Vegas (glitchy, but epic)
Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition (not as horrific as past entries, but an extremely solid game with a great story)
Red Dead Redemption (give it a chance, don't burn yourself out use fast-travel)
UFC 2010 (for when your buds come over)
Dragon Age Origins (not perfect, but in my top 3 this gen)
Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection (if you like 16-bit, this is an incredible bargain)
Demon's Souls (if your looking for a unique and challenging game)
And don't forget to buy yourself AT LEAST a $20 PSN Card (if you don't have a credit card) for getting some sweet add-ons, and games like:
Critter Crunch (cheap price - top shelf experience with multiplayer and online, best value on PSN)
PacMan Championship Edition DX (be aware there is no multiplayer in this game, but it is the pinnacle of PacMan)
Super Street Fighter Turbo HD Remix (no trophies on this game, but def the best ver. of SF I've ever played, better than IV even imo)
