PS3 flashing red light... Any solution?

Ok this is my first topic ive made... many people say just take it to sony but is there any solution to fix it? IM GUTTED :(

It's YLOD, not LYOD.

I've only had a blinking red light on my controller which actually caused problems but not on my system.
