I think its COD4... just for that reason I didnt buy it.. Ive owned 60GB ps3 since release date, its frozen I think twice, each time was after about 8 hours of straight playing, so its understandable... but im pretty sure its COD4...

same here, the internet seems to end up freezing a lot, that's about the only time though. I wish they revamped it to use a firefox set up.
me too. but I don't think we can install firefox on the linux setup... can we?
mine froze once while plauing cod4 online but the game was interrupted. it also freezes for about 30 sec when i put in a dvd or blu ray then works fine so it might be normal
Ever since i brought Lego Stars on the ps3, it has frozen about 3 times. however when i start okaying Assassin's Creed, it freezes every time i play it and the ps3 wont turn off, so i turn the swith off and this has been happening alot now. Sony are so ridiculous as i tried to phone them so many times and once got through in 10 mins. And now they say they will give me a second hand ps3 when mine is only 4 months old when i brought it in oct 19 2007.
