.PS3 freezing.

Yesterday when i was playing cod4 online it froze in the middle of a game, and i just did it again a few minutes ago. . has anyone else had this problem??

Also there are is a major scratch in my disc but it has been like that for about a month and today and yesterday it started happening

no . .but i can go to Family Video and have them take the scratches out for like $1.99

You think thats steep i payed $5 AUD for them to fix my san andreas thats like $4.58 USD anyway ill shut the hell up now.

only happens since the last update ???

go in options, settings, restaure default settings
(this will reset your ps3, but keeping everything you have on it)
you will have to reset your display options, your network options ... maybe bluetooth too

bah none of that worked for me, i sent it to get repaird by sony in a brown ups coffin. its cool as long as this does not become common. although the ups guy did say they are up to about 5 a week now getting sent in.. i hope they are not skimping on the BR lenses

Although I do not have COD4, I did come across other forums with the same issue and I'm gong to tell you the same thing I told them: STOP PLAYING THAT GAME. Apparently something is wrong with the game's coding.
