PS3 Freezing Alot?

Okay, my PS3 has run fine for the past 4 months or so. But recently it has started freezing (this could be because i play games online alot more now). I am forced to reset the console, and it takes a while and eventually beeps 3 times fast. It may not be a big problem, but i did just fork out £300 for this, and i dont really want it to be breaking :P

Is this a problem, or is it normal?

make sure it is well ventilated. If this continues to happen I would call sony.

I had a similar problem. It used to freeze when I accessed PSN store or tried to change profiles but it`s not happening anymore.

Don't forget to vacuum the PS3's vents every once in a while to prevent dust build up.;)

Same- only happens to me when on the internet browser or when I'm trying to exit it.
