ps3 freezing and disc error! please help

i have a 160 gb ps3 slim and its been really good until last week.

i will be playing anywhere from 20mins-1hr and the ps3 freezes. the screen goes black.

i would have to manuelly turnoff the ps3. sometimes i get disc read error messages (ihave tried about 5 diff. games)

i just got frozen again and this time i pressed the eject button, the game came out and the ps3 rebooted back to the main screen.

i dont kbow whats gping on. help please

I only get the disk read error while I'm in the middle of a MW3 game, and it kicks me into the multiplayer menu. Does anyone know if that is my PS3 or just the game?
