Ps3 going down! why?

I have seen alot since i have gotten my ps3 one month after the launch date which is about exclusives. and i dont no why its losing all well known titles plus the ones that were only ps3 exclusives then changed? i was like so mad in march because i have gotten my ps3 and saw that most games are going to the 360. So why is it that ps3 is losing it exclusives? is sony getting in fights about games??Wildedge93

We haven't really lost most of our games to 360. Take it easy man. We're not even a year in and you guys are still crying blood over exclusives and what not.

Sony is losing exclusives to M$ because they have more units out right now. It's safer for a company to put the game on both systems than one that doesn't have a large user base yet. Most of the exclusives that Sony is losing isn't anything that is going to sell a system. grizza

Wardevil was actually a 360 game then got scrapped because they realized the PS3 had more power and completely shifted the game to the PS3 as an exclusive. Two Worlds was also PC/360 now it's also on the PS3. Oblivion was PC/360 now it's on the PS3, Splinter Cell was also 360 exclusive then came over to the PS3. Haze is a timed exclusive.

Ninja Gaiden was on the xbox now on the PS3 maybe this one shouldn't be called a lost exclusive but hey atleast we still get some Ninja Gaiden. Gamespot has Bioshock listed as a PS3 game, plus I think it's the next Oblivion where it's a timed exclusive and will come out for the PS3, why? Because it's published by 2KGames the same people who published Oblivion and there was a PS3 version made I don't think they'd just scrap the PS3 version completely and waste all that time and money it will in my opinion come to the PS3 EGM has said it and Gamespot has a PS3 version listed until otherwise I say it's lost it's exclusvity.

lol if you want to get technical then the PS3 didn't lose ANY exclusives since they were 3rd party and were forced to put their games on the PSX/PS2 since it was dominating. How can you lose something that never was exclusive? Sure, it was only on the PSX/PS2 but that's because it wasn't worth the money/effort to port those games to a console like Xbox with 21m users vs 115m of Sony.

So throwing the loss of DMC or Ace Combat is the same as us throwing Saints Row and Kane & Lynch. So stop being a hypocrite

Well we didn't lose saint's row because it never came to PS3, the second one will though. I'm just saying that alot of those games were on the PC, if you're talking about just consoles then yeah that's true there is a lot of games going over to PS3.

that's not true, ask anyone and they'll say 360 is the king of shooters. I don't care for Final Fantasy, and the 360 has basically no fighting games to speak of.

Right....so when people say PS3 lost exclusive they count games like Assassin's Creed which Ubisoft never makes full exclusives and they had a 360 version at first, and GTA. GTA was on the xbox last gen so why would people say that the PS3 lost that? And Mercanaries was also on the Xbox last gen so why would people expect the PS3 to have it exclusive? You can't count games going to PC as exclusives. PC is a console system on its own. Bioshock, GRAW,Oblivion, Two Worlds and Haze are all multi-platform from the start. Don't forget the original Ghost Recon was on PS2, Gamecube and Xbox.

Many 360 games dont "lose" their exclusivity, they rather are released a half a year or more later on the PS3 because of the technical formatting and differences between the PS3 and 360.

The "exclusive" GTA IV is coming to the 360 as well as the PS3 on the same date. This was announced pretty early on-before anything of the gameplay was seen- so that they could have time to format both sides.

Only a few going to 360, but alot of exclusives are coming to PS3 with brandnew titles....

i only care about 1 ps3 game, thats "Resistance Fall Of Man". that is only an okay game, something anyone wouldnt care to miss out on.

the rest are sports games, which i am not into sports at all.

the ps3 really has nothing to offer at launch and up to this day. the xbox 360hasa wholelot more to offer. :)

the graphics are not any better on the ps3.

and splinter cell is now xbox exclusive.. haze is still on 360 as far as we know, just comin out later

Final Fantasy was originally nintendo and kinda bounces back and fourth between the 2. Still better than 360 havin it but not exclusive either.

Xbox had a crappy start too. Sony was never an FPS orientated company like Microsoft is. Graphics are better on the PS3 you can not dispute that. It's fact. Just because Xbox was scared ****less to come out at the same time as Sony and Nintedo doesn't mean much. Xbox 360 may seem fine now, but if you want more to offer, look at the backwards compatibility on the PS3 and ALL the great titles that PS2 has to offer at this point already. Xbox will lose in the long run. It's biggest fanbase is America, and America never had that great a taste in music, style, beauty, art, movies, or games anyway.

Oh and if you tell me to leave America... I'm working on it. Just gotta figure out which country I wanna get to and save up for it.
