PS3 hasnt got any good games!

I have got the PS3 for Christmas but want to sell it.

The PS3 only has crappy games, why is that?

I was given Lair,Championship Sprint, Time Crisis 4& Mobile Suit Gundam: Crossfire along with the cosnole & none of these games are any good & they are supposed to be the best games on the PS3. No wonder people are buying the Wii instead, because i own that console too & it is just so much more fun than any games on the PS3 are.

First of all, Championship Sprint is a download, and I'm guessing your parents didn't say, "Here's our Credit Card, go buy Championship Sprint off the Playstation Store. You must get that game." Not only are the controls horrendous (don't try to defend them... you can get them to work, but they're not nearly as intuitive as dual analogue), but the gameplay is complete garbage and the story is mediocre at best.

I'm not saying it should win game of the year, but i'm tired of the incredibly bad rap it got, mainly for people saying the controls were horrible whichis not true, they're completely intuitive and gave me no problems. The graphics are great, the story and gameplay are original, and it was fun using a dragon to destroy massive amounts of enemies. I'd rather see an original game like this than another fps. Hey let's make an fps and go kill some aliens...that's never been done before.

1) They can keep making FPSs with aliens for all I care because, frankly,most of them are better than LAIR.

2) I don't know what you were playing, but when I played LAIR, every ten seconds the guy would say to me, "You have to kill the heavy dragons!" I'd head towards one... a cutscene appears where the guy once again reminds me of what I'm doing. I'm trying to kill the (insert foulest profanity ever uttered here) Heavy Dragons! Then, after I kill them all... ooo, look! More dragons! Yeah! Then you spend 30 minutes defending these stupid transport ships. Tilt the controller, push it forward, shoot some fire... rinse and repeat.

3) From the levels I played, never did the game's story once compell me to continue. It was something about tree hugging and what not.

no actually no one else has really said that LAIR sucks, and you'll find plenty of people that don't hate, mainly ones who aren't horrible at it and spend a half hour defending the ships, and go ahead and call me a noob, but i'm the same level as you, i just don't spend my entire life in these forums writing almost 3000 posts

I agree with you on the whole less good games on Wii than on PS3 thing, but I'm going to have to disagree with you on the VC side. I'm getting a kick out of SM64 and Paper Mario. :)

Whatever you say about Lair, that's your opinion ONLY. Don't try to sell whatever you say as fact, because it isn't. I, for one liked Lair, but in no way does it deserve any GoTY awards(unless for graphics).
