Came home from a business trip a few weeks ago and my wife left me note saying that the PS3 no longer plays BluRays. I call, ask what's up, and she explains she put in a movie and it wouldn't read. She could hear it spinning but it wouldn't show up in the menu.
Games work, DVDs work, internet connection is strong. Just no BluRay discs.
Well I tried the other day and I got a BR movie playing. Then I tried to put in a game and it won't load. I can hear the disc spinning, but no icon comes up in the game menu. I could swear I hear it making that sound it makes right after the disc goes in.
Any ideas? Where do you take a PS3 to get fixed now days?
