Now what my question is , is there much different in high definition quaulty between these hdmi cable , where would i get the best hdmi cable and would it be much difference from the cheapest one , as far as i know my hd tv is a 1080i

Note my poll down below , is just a question of do you not like it when you watching like hd movies on sky hd and then you switch over to sd movie , dose it make you get annoyed.

damn salesman sold me a 130 euro, hdmi cable with the ps3 he said it made a diffrence, which turned out to be little to noneEuphanasia

I bought an HDMI cable at Walmart and then later bought a NexTech HDMI and there was no difference what so ever. I say what ever is the cheepest. Now I can't confirm that the Monster HDMI cables are better than your off brand ones b/c Monster is just too expensive for my tastes.NeoNavarro

Ditto here, My HDMI cable was 50 bucks, and that was hard for me to drop, but i was a little paranoid, just get whichever best deal you find!!!!!!

I really care to buy cables over the internet because I like to find the ones that have the gold plating on the connectors because the connection is usually a lot better. Gold doesn't tend to have much resistance when any kind of power or signal is sent through it. And being the connection is always the most common place for resistance the connector is the most important part of any circuit.

And many of these cables are not that expensive any more. I think the most I have paid is about $45.00 one time. And the least has been around $15.00.

umm u can go to monoprice.com and buy one for 2 bucks or go to wal-mart and dishout 15 for a philips one which i have.

if it says HDMI cable it automaticly works on ps3 and supports everything including 1080p

Differences of performance of different HDMIs is of minimal that it cant be observed by the naked eye.

here my question if i was to buy one for like £ 10 dose it make much difference where should i buy hdmi and should i get a gold one

Just get the cheaper one, it wont get any noticable difference between expensive & non-expensive HDMIs because they are all running digitally.
