yo! i just got my ps3 today! ohh yeaaah!!! soo happy!!!:D ok! here's my problem! do you have to fully charge the controller to play the games? and also the words in my settings is kinda chinese.. how do i change it? i mean where do i find it? i cant understand the language... or do i have to fininsh charging the controller so that the language settings will pop out? answer pls.. The controller doesn't have to be fully charged. Also, you can use the controller while it's charging as well.

On the XrossMediaBar (XMB), go to Settings. Then go to System Settings. The Language Options should be in there. Also, why didn't you just buy a US PS3?
