Yes it could, it says it has DVI support so that means you're gonna have to buy a DVI to HDMi cable on Amazon that's all.

This exact cable will do the job. I know because my friend bought this for his Acer montior to PS3 setup. However, the monitor doens't have speakers so you wouldn't get any sound out of it. You'd have to buy speakers separate from the monitor...
I would suggest this monitor it's only $40 more ($149) and it's LED! Viewsonic 21.5". This is the monitor I'm currently using for my PC setup and it has been fantastic! It of course also has DVI support and has built in speakers... great HD picture as well.

This is what I did with my Accr Monitor your going to need some external speakers or stereo that will work with the PS3's RYW cords. Unless the monitor you get has speakers but those proably won't sound to good.Yes it could, it says it has DVI support so that means you're gonna have to buy a DVI to HDMi cable on Amazon that's all.

When you go HDMI to DVI it doesn't carry audio signal, so the built in speakers would be useless.Yes it could, it says it has DVI support so that means you're gonna have to buy a DVI to HDMi cable on Amazon that's all.
