Whenever I go to the setting it finishes but then when I select the headset, I wait for it and after a few mins an error appears? What should I do?

Do you have the headset on when you do this? Cause I'm not sure if it's supposed to be on or off (check the manual) but if it came with Warhawk I think it's off.
