PS3 Little Big Planet Help

Hi, I have almost completed the story of LBP and i decided to make my own level. I completed almost all of the totourials for the game but i still do not have the option of putting in speach bubbles. Does anybody know where or how I can get them? Thank you very much

No nothing except for a zoom tool. But below it says possibly find it somewhere else in white lbp writing.

Keep searching around ure tool bag, it should be there.
