Why is that on the PS3 more so than on X-Box 360 that games are becomming more and more single player. Yes, I understand most games come with on-line play, but why have so many games gotten away from the multi-player setting, other than your typical sport games. And the co-op setting is something I'm pretty sure everyone enjoys. I know Call of Duty did it this time, which was very smart of them, but most games don't add this type of gameplay. Resistance did in the first one and then for some reason took it out for the second. I just bought Midnight Club:LA and I couldn't believe when I put it in with a buddy that it was a one player game, it's a racing game! I think games need to start coming back to the multi-player and co-op gameplays, split screen with deathmatches, just add bots and more co-op versions because they are always a big hit. It seems to me that the PS3 is mainly a one person system, except for a few exceptions, but if you want to play with someone else for the most part, you're going to need to go on-line or your friend needs to have the system, which is a shame. What do you think?
