Even though I mainly play play on XBOX, I like the PS3 and since several of my online friends bought it, I'd like to spend more time on it as I do on XBOX, unfortunately the only way to communicate between us is to either send messages or create a private lobby in a game, but then everyone has to play that game and can't do anything else. Why doesn't Sony catch up to microsoft and give us a party chat for multiple people that can play different games as the talk? While we're at it, why don't they fix the audio quality, which is crap? Also, why can't I access the dashboard while in the PS store? If I receive a message I have to quit the store every time...
PS3 could easily surpass XBOX as a console, if Sony woke up and decided to create an actual community instead of giving us a limited and crappy voice function.
