PS3 Not Reading Disks

I've tried all ym games only my downloaded games are working right now. Do I need a new system because I got this one on November 10th and I feel it should be working fine any tips.

P.S All ym disks are clean

i am also experiencing the same problems as you. All my games arent working and whenever i put any discs in, it just doesnt ready...according to some pple i have checked wiht, they said its the lens problem (a very common playstation prob). Its rare but only a handful like us will experience it. Except my ps3 is only 2weeks old...sigh

anyways, go get it replaced. Either you can get Sony to fix the problem or if ur store entitles u to swop it within 30 days after purchase, then go get it swopped.

What model PS3 you own? (40-80GB) When was it purchased? When the problem began? I have contacted an attorney who is interested so pass the word on. It may work out that with enough folks on board, we can approach Sony without starting a legal suit (they hate the publicity), and have our problems resolved. fixps3
