NO, it's worth more! Why do you think Sony keeps losing money over every unit? That machine is a work of art, if you really use all its media capabilities you would save a lot of money you would spend buying all the gadgets to match what it can do. Of course you are asking this on a PS3 forum so, most likely, everyone here own a PS3 cause they already decided it was worth it so you won't really be getting many differing point of views.
It was worth it even when it was $600 and I bought mine. Where else can you get the latest in gaming tech, a blu-ray player, internet browser, dvd and mp3 player, picture and video storage, PS2 backwards-compatibility, out-of-the-box wifi, the list goes on. It's worth it.
Is the PS3 worth it for $400 plus tax plus games or are they announcing a price drop at E3.
