Now that next week has been and gone, are you very happy? I certainly am, even though Im not a PS3 owner, yet. After so many years of never really wanting to play kiddy games simply because I have grown out of them, Little Big Planet makes me feel like a big kid.
The gameplay looks fun but I think what does it for me is the music. For some reason it just seems to work very well with the game and because it doesn't sound nicety nice (something you would expect from a kiddy game) its probably what is really catching my attention. 2008 is too far away.

I guess the icing on the cake would be if this game supported 7 players although thats probably wishful thinking.

Oh yeah, Im also very happy about Home :).

So what does everyone else think?

Home looks great, LittleBigPlanet is now one of my most anticipated PS3 games, Killzone PS3 (my most anticipated PS3 game) has been shown and will be shown again in July, Sony is making a move to get more consumer-interaction up, the new EDGE toolsets will enable developers to make even better PS3 games, and we got to see more of Warhawk.

Why wouldn't I be happy?

LittleBigPlanet will be out this year on PSN and it's not a Demo. :) In '08 Sony will release a Blu-Ray version with the best user created levels from the online version and extra content for making your own levels (these things can also be bought individually over the net).

Up until this week i was very anti-sony, mostly because of the remarks of their top executives. However the ps3 is looking very appealing to me now, home little big planet show that the sony is trying to change its image. So i dont want to say im am going to get a ps3, but as soon as there is a price drop i will seriously consider a purchase.

I don't think they're trying to change their image. They know all the stuff that's coming up that we don't know about. They think that this stuff is worth all the hype. And if Home and LittleBigPlanet are any indication, they're right about these things...

Well for me, it was more of a let down since i would've liked the rumors to come true. *Alot of* People already knew about home, because of it getting leaked out on kikizo.

Tjeremiah1988 wrote: sadly, I now use my Wii as a jukebox to tell ya the truth. Theres just nothing @ at the moment that I want. And with the lastest news about HOME and Nintendo lack of care for online, I feel a little down

This is the comment that I found when I explore the Nintendo forum and it is no suprise that they felt down of their wii.

I'm quite happy about home and littlebigplanet. Phil should've mentioned that the week will leave us anxious, too! I just hope we get some cool demos and the March update ASAP.

I'm not "very happy", but I am really interested in LittleBigPlanet and Home. They look amazing. I wish they would have released something right now though.

Yeah it looks really kiddy but it also looks really freakin' fun... And I usually HATE kiddy games ( the Wii sucks).

I am happy and have been since christmas when I got my ps3. Now I would have been "very" happy if those rumored demos had landed, but I'm a patient person.

I would not say I was VERY happy but I was happy to see the direction SONY is moving.  Which is pretty much what I took from the GDC, it was an event to show industry direction.

Warhawk looks great, I cannot wait to see more of it.

Killzone, tech demo or not, at least was confirmed for July presentation.  Plenty of time to polish and combat the inevitable Halo 3 demo/ playable demo that will be at E3.

Home, interesting and a nice addition to the Playstation Network.

LittleBigPlanet.  The SUPRISE of the show.  This game looks outrageously fun and the promise of allowing community based development and uploading is sure to be a revolutionary and fun title.
