ps3 problems.... please help!

today after school i got home and turned my ps3 on

and about 5 minutes later it shut off by its self

and now when i try to turn it on again a yellow light flashes!

is this the YLOD? and is there any way of fixing it?

i bought it at launch so my warrenty definitly expired by now

Apparently you can shove it in your oven t fix it, but I dont know if thisa works :( Try looking at vids on youtube etc. for help

yup its the ylod...i would just buy a new one because sony will send you a refurbish one back and that will have a higher chance of getting the ylod again
