PS3 Slim Error 80010514

I have a 120GB slim PS3 which is about a year and a half old. Recently I got the error code 80010514 when I tried to put in red dead and fifa 10. I looked around the internet and some people said it was the HDD and others said it was the blu ray drive. Red dead and fifa 10 are the only 2 games that this happens with. The disks don't have a mark on them. I tried deleting the install data to see if that would work but got the same thing. I also tried to restore the firmware files and still got the same thing. Anyone know how to fix this?

thanks for the response, i did that already but did it again but no joy with it. I did manage to get fifa working by wiping the disk again. I tried the same thing with red dead but no joy on that one.
