PS3 SLIM FREEZES help

i bought a slim but uncharted and battle fead bad company freeze up. is this a defect or a firmware software issue

I haven't played Uncharted since the firmware update... Hmm. I think I should try. I guess if it's a firmware issue I'll just have to restore the system to default settings.

I'd imagine so, but I don't think there's been anything confirmed. If anything SONY will whip up a quick patch until they can do something more. You should go to the official website and file a complaint.
