PS3 start-up help

Please help me it takes 10 min for my ps3 to start up 10 to load everything on screen ........................

im one word its VERYYY SLOWWW just like this this happened 2-day :( it used to work just fine

Maybe your hard drive is crapping out.

i have another ps3-slim with YLOD and if i switched there hard drives would that fix it :S ?
