Yes and yes for the last 2 questions. Your original questions.
You download the themes via PC and make a folder named
PS3
From there, you make a folder inside THAT folder (PS3) and dub it:
THEME
All caps. You placed the dowloaded themes into the folder THEME.
Does that make sense?
You need them on a storage device with a specific folder structure like this PS3 --> THEME --> the actual file
It is important that those are the exact names of the folders and that they are all caps. Then to install them simply go under settings to Theme Settings, then Theme, and up top it will say Install. Click on that and it will ask you to select your storage device, then select the file. If the .p3t file is in the right folders it should show up. Then after you install it will be in the list of themes to select from, and you can have multiple there.
Have you been making your own marky?
Say i did this folder thing on a sd card and stuck that in the ps3, would i have to do the same thing for music? Make a MUSIC folder.robmonga2
You can do that but the photo, music, and video folders also allow you to highlight the storage device (in your case sd card) and press triangle and say "display all" that will force showing them even if they aren't in the correct folder.
