Ps3 to PS3 demo transfer

i just bought a PS3 like 5 hours bundled with resistance fall of man horrayyyyy.but the problem is i only have dialup connection and i want to download gran turismo hd coz it's free as i have heard.is there any way i can ask one of my PS3 owning freinds to put it on a flash drive or memory card from his ps3 and just slap it on mine?????

No. You cannot copy demos.

The only way this might work is if your friend downloads it in the background on his system and tries copying that over after.lyndonAPI

Erm i didnt totaly get the thing about background downloading thingy...Second i live in lebanon we have DSL but only in major areas and the catch is there is download cap of 4.5 gb over the 512Kbps connection :s i need the downloads coz i only have resistance and that's soon going to be over and all of my PS2 games i have already finished them so i dont want to leave my PS3 collecting dust.Thx alot guys for the info...appreciate it
