PS3 value?

Hi, looking to move on from gaming, it just sits there any more. Any idea what a 40GB PS3, 2 six-axis controllers and a trio of games (NHL 08, Condemned 2, GRAW 2) might net me at a store / ebay? I know not the real place to ask, but who better to ask than gamers a little more serious than me that may have just sold / bought some of these items, thanks.

depending on the condition of everything, you could probably get around $400 on Ebay. Considerably less at a store, though.

Assuming you dont have a 360,, why would you get Condemned/GRAW and pass on COD4 or Uncharted?
