Hi, I have a PS3 and I want like 8 games but my mom dosn't approve of shooter's and killing. So I need help deciding and my mom only lets me get like 3-4. Here is what I got,

1. GH3

2. NFS: Pro Street or MotorStorm

3. Tony Hawks 8 or Skate or Eye Of Judgement.

This is a tough decision please help me with number 2 or 3.

GH3 & MOTORSTORM. Not sure about #3, Don't like skate games and haven't tried the PS Eye.

Woah.. That list just makes me laugh! YOu have a very expensive and powerful machine and all you could think of is NFS! LMAO!

Heres a better list...

Call of Duty 4

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune

Unreal Tournament 3

Yea kid, tell your Mom to loosen up and let you get some good games like COD4, Assassins Creed, Uncharted. Who cares if they have violence or shooting. It's just a friggin game. How old are you anyway that your Mom won't let you play violent games? At least get Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction....yeah, it has shooting, but it's mild cartoon violence. If she doesn't let you get that, it's pretty pathetic.

My bad man. DIdn't read it carefully. I would advise you to persuade your mom to let you get some "Good" games because NFS is by no means "Good". Anyways how old are you? 12 or something? Because if you are anything older, I find it very stupid to impose limit on the so-called "Violent" video games.

i would say motorstorm for number 2, i have always loved the need for speed games since nfs: underground, but i played the demo for pro street and it just feels different, i really didnt enjoy it, but motorstorm is fun mixture of dirtbikes, atvs, and trucks, its just a fun game. for number 3, i think the eye of judgement looks pretty gay but i have always loved the tony hawk games since im a skater myself, i have tony hawk project 8 and its really fun, but they have a new one out called proving ground, i dont know how this is because ive only played the demo and it seemed fun but ive been seeing some poor reveiws. now for EA skate, this is a game that youll have to play for yourself, you can download the demo off PSN, thats what i did, andi hated it, i just hated the controlls so much it was no fun for me, but you may like the controlls, so if i were you, i would download both demos or rent both, but if your asking me i would get tony hawk project 8

lol im 14 and i have cod4, tell your mom its not bad, its just like call of duty 3 which i also own, and the only differance is a little more language.

Its sad..but true... Even when I was 12 my parents let me get God of War and whatever I wanted... although it always took some convincing..

i acually think its smart to keep kids from playing violent games, why do you think they have ratings? you say anyone older than 12 should be able to play any game? lol when kids turn 13 they are aloud to play T ranted games, why do you think its okay to skip 4 years and play M ranted games? kids can learn from video games, kids that end up killing people usually played violent games as a kid. i know i have no room to be talking because im 14 and i play M games, but i dont think its stupid that moms put limitations on video games.

Man my dad is way different. He lets me get all the games no matter what rating is. He goes in with me and says "he can get what he wants, I am his dad" and they say "OK". Of course I buy my games with my own money so I guess that is why he doesnt care. I am 14.

if you really need four games...i've read good reviews of Motorstorm, Rock Band or GH3, Folklore, and Ratchet and Clank Future. R&C is all about killing at its heart, but it's really cartooney so that makes it easier to digest. If you're allowed to get it, Heavenly Sword seems pretty cool too. i'm just going by review scores here though

Definitely don't get NFS over Motorstorm! Motorstorm is unique and a great racer! Also try to see if you can get Uncharted but if you can't then go

2. Motorstorm

3. SKATE or EoJ (remember if you get EoJ you get the cam which has other downloadable games to it vis the PSN)

lol i got god of war a t 12 also! my parents are nice but let me play games. they know its a game.

lol i got god of war a t 12 also! my parents are nice but let me play games. they know its a game.

I'm 13 and it takes persuading for games like Haze. When I tell my mom the M rating I try to mumble it. Try that. Also mumble the reasons why it's that rating.
