PS3...A Girls Opinion?

I am desperately trying to convince my Girl Friend to buy me a PS3 for my birthday but she keeps saying 'youve got a Wii AND a 360, you dont need another one'!!! Are there any girls here that have or play a PS3 that can give me ammunition to use against my G/F's rubbish arguements. I mean, i can tell her why i want it till im blue in the face, but what would she get out of it!?

My wife purchased my 360, so I purchased her PS3.

Shes only my girlfriend and shes 26. She is an insurance manager so she could afford it! shes being stubborn. I took her to Budapest for her birthday which, i can tell you, cost A LOT MORE!

edit: actually thinking about it now just tell her it makes you happy. I mean she probably wastes money on make up and excessive clothing. She is a female so I'm pretty much dead on with that statement. My girlfriend, even though she doesn't like buying me video game stuff, spends so much money on shoes. So whenever she asks me what I want for my birthday or whatever she almost always gets it for me because well.. she wastes a lot of money on shoes. Let's put it like this she has bought almost a pair of shoes every month since september.

Kinda makes you sound like a wuss if you expect your girlfriend to buy it, especially for the price tag. Just do it yourself, let your gf pick what she wants and be fine with it.

Well I'm a girl and I have all of the consoles on the market including the PS3, Wii and the 360. I think the PS3 is ahead of it's time and is amazing. Just tell her it's an amazing console and you'll have it for years to come!SpeakForYou

Should be enough to cover for a 50inch 1080p Panasonic, 10 games, a ps3 and a psp.

dude she's right, you already have wii and 360, but she's not  a hardcore gamer, so she wouldn't understand.

she does have a point, kinda, i mean heres wat i personally think u should do, if u want the ps3 that bad, sell ur wii and 360 (i know half of u gonna say im retarded ) but come on man, wat have u really done for her, that she goes out of her way to buy a 600 bucks console, just so u can injoy it alone, not alot of girls are into gaming, only a few, so if u dont wanna sell ur other systems then, tell her ull pay half of it or as much as u can, or u can make a deal with her, ull wash the dishes, and clean ur house, and make love to her when she wants for a MONTH straight or w.e she wants and inreturn hopefully ull get ur ps3..

P.S  the ps3 is awsome bro, as much as it doesnt have that many games, its still awsome that just makes u wonder when all the games are finally out, ps3 will be better even.
