No PS3 was built using POKEMANZ technology so once it gains enough experience from good games it will evolve into a superior life form = FACT!Don't forget people. There are 2 different "full powers". There's full power and there's 100% efficiently used full power.
But there is a limit. PS3 won't mutate and evolve into something else.

To my knowledge, MGS4 is the game on PS3 so far that utilized the most amount of Blu-ray space, but I have no doubt that the game could had been 3 times the additional size if it didn't had uncompressed sound which by the way makes any game sounds very bad even on remarkable 5.1 home theatre set-up.
As for visual and technical performance the first games I'm hopping to show advancement of Cell Processor should be Heavy Rain, God of Warr III, Killzone 2 and hopefully promised Final Fantasy XIII and VS XIII amongst few other titles I'm keeping an eye on.
It won't be until year 4-5 and up until we see developers really getting into Cell engine deep. Remember late PS2 games like FFX and GOW II? They were in consoles late 6-8 year and pushed visuals even further.
It takes time, but I don't expect Killzone 2 or even Heavy Rain to push limits, it's way to early. Later stages of PS3 cycle will truly be a site to behold.
The whole "OMG MGS4 disc space is all uncompressed sound" is a myth , the uncompressed sound would take about a max of 5GB. MGS4 also sounded great , i dont understand what you mean by very bad .To my knowledge, MGS4 is the game on PS3 so far that utilized the most amount of Blu-ray space, but I have no doubt that the game could had been 3 times the additional size if it didn't had uncompressed sound which by the way makes any game sounds very bad even on remarkable 5.1 home theatre set-up.

True. True. Later cycle's of PS3 game development will push the GPU & CPU to it's 85% - 95% limit.
But doesn't that run the risk of Overheating the GPU & CPU?

I won't go into details since you probably won't appreciate it nor understand the technicalities of the words, however if you have financial ability or someone with 7.1 home theatre system - try playing MGS4 and come back here and tell me which game sounds remotely as clear and detailed as MGS4.
I don't mean any disrespect, but MGS4 is the only game that offers true uncompressed 7.1 audio. To truly appreciate it and understand the dolby digital, you need to listen to it.
The game uses over 24GB of data on uncompressed audio signal. ;)
