It could be your connection, but more likely you need to make your router NAT type 2, I had tha problem for awhile but then I changed the router's setting and turned UPnP on, that fixed it for me, but recently, its been giving problems, but then again, I have 2 more computers connected to it. No need to call the PS3's online stupid, its just your wireless router. Do some research on how to change the settings, NAT 2 is the best for steady gaming connections I dont really know what UPnP does but it help with that DNS problem. To change the settings, find the IP adress of the router and put that in the adress bar in internet explorer, and it should give you your router's setting, make the nessesary changes(NAT 2 and UPnP on). To find the router IP adress, go to your connection and its settings.
Disable your media server connection under network settings. If it is not your internet connection this may as well be the problem.rodrick318
