Ps4 Pro Problem?

Hi everyone, wondering what I should do. When I pay Battlefield 1 and ESO, the whole screen sort of gets a smudge effect that last for a fraction of a second. This has happen 3 times in about 20 hours of game play and seems random. What are your thoughts? Is this happening to anyone else? Other than this minor problem it runs amazing and really like the system...

You could contact playstation customer service to see if it a bug

Or if you think there is a fault with the console you could get it swapped for a new one you should still be within the store/retailer warranty

hi Ive had the very same problem with the original psfour model . It happened with exactly the sa-me conditions that you specify; I was video gaming with an FPS game online and that smudge effect occurred . Ah.. too bad . I dont think that its permanent . I can video game with that particular game at any time and it usually does work . In fact from video gaming so frequently its very very rare for that problem of smudging tv screen to occur . (game is Blacklight Retribution)
