1. For PSN can I make more than one profile to play online with?

2. Can I make an account right now through my web browser? What would be the link? I've been looking everywhere..

3. How can I pay over the PSN store? Is it only credit card or can I pay with a store bought code type thing?

I don't know, but probably not as you have to actually own a ps3 to make an account. Just do it on your ps3. No reason to do it now.
