Im thinking of buying a $50 psn card and i have a few questions.

If i buy it, all the money will go on my Australian account wont it ? Meaning i wont be able to buy dlc for games like fallout 3 that i own that are different reigions? Or does the money go on the ps3 overall and i can go to the US store and buy the dlc?

Sorry if this has been asked 1000000 times i just want to make sure :)

If i later use a debit card, can my AUS one be used to put money into my other region wallets so i can get the dlc?

Shame sony went and made the games region free but not the psn...

Depends on the card, if it's worth US Dollars than it can only be used on the US PSN store... etc. Ask the store clerk to be sure of the card's origins.

PSN cards are set up for specific regions. If you are buying a $50 US PSN card that can only be used on a US account, Canadian on the Canadian store, UK cards on Uk store, etc. If the card you are talking about is for Australia that cash will just go into your Australian PSN wallet and can only be used in that store.

Again, your debit card could only be used to fund your Australian wallet, just as (for example) I cannot use a US credit card on my Canadian PSN account. There is no getting around it- if you need to get funds into a wallet to grab DLC from other regions for imported games you will need to buy the corresponding PlayStation Network card.
