PSN creation problem.

I am attempting to register a PSN ID that begins with a letter and is 3 characters long, however I am getting a message stating that it cannot be used.

I have checked the website and have used another PSN to verify that no one has that name. If I try to add it as a friend it states it has not been registered.

Anyone know a workaround for this? Or who I could contact?

I may be wrong but I'm certain that it has to be more than 3 letters long.ExoticAnimal
