PSN Dilemma, urgent reply is appreciated

I would like to erase my bank details off PSN (btw how do you do this?), but cant as I have forgotten my password. I set my PSN up last year and have been signing in automatically ever since, however now I need to know my password but I don't know it. What can I do?

If worst comes to worst I will simply delete my PSN and start over again, but will deleting the account delete all the details? Also how do I delete my PSN?

ok so sign out (goto friends section open options on urself *triangle on ur ID*) then goto sign in - goto forget password option - enter D.O.B - answer security Question - self explanatory How to delete account? goto Users - triangle on ur profile - Delete - u lose all demos, Games, Vids you've purchased LFCspiderpig

He also loses save data if he doesn't copy it.
