PSN failure to connect?

hellow ,

Just a couple of hours ago I was playing The ninja gaiden demo and i got a message saying I got a error and i was signed out of the PSN.

Ever since I have not been able to connect to PSN . I made new internet connection settings and used the connection test and obtaining the ip adress and the internet connection Succeed but PLAYSTATION network fails..

Is tehre something wrong or are they just updating the Playstation network?

just make an american account they have way more stuff than the eu account .. and Im going to make a japanese account cuz they are supposed to have even more stuff
