the best ones are limbo, braid, everyday shooter, journey, and closure. obviously $30 won't cover them all, but maybe you own some of them already or a couple strike your fancy more than others.
The Walking Dead Episodes 1-5 are the best ones up there right now, if you don't want to wait for the physical disc version that'll collect them all. Journey is also an amazing experience, but you may want to wait for a sale if you aren't willing to put down $15 for a three-hour game.
You can also check out some of the PS Ultimate Deals, which'll net you the complete versions of games like Assassin's Creed Brotherhood and Mass Effect 2.
I like "Red Baron Arcade", "Lara Croft & Gardian of Light", "RISK! Factions" is fun to kick back with, "V8 Superstars Racing" is a VERY full-featured racing game.
Worms revolution is a great little download title. Or the older ones are still good and a cheaper price, only problem may be finding people to play online.
