PSN help Needed

ever since i downloaded 2.0 firmware, i cant connect to PSN or online at all. Is ne1 else having these problems n how can it be fixed. I use a wireless router (which works fine becuase my PSP can connect to it)

Sometimes the network goes down, it happened the other week for a couple of hours or so.

Wife is watching the telly so I can't get on my PS3 to check for you
