Title is misleading, PSN network was not hacked again, and theres no proof that sony was hacked "again" they probably discovered something such as a fault in SOE security that has caused them to take the site down.
In the course of our investigation into the intrusion into our systems we have discovered an issue that warrants enough concern for us to take the service down effective immediately.
This deals with Sony Online Entertainment which mostly deals with PC online playing. Even though a couple of PS3 games are linked to it, it has nothing to do with the Playstation Network itself.
