An error has occurred. you have been signed out of playstation network (807100092)

Yeah I got an error code, and when I did sign in my friends did not come up entirely or they came up very slow.

I'm having issues as well, I try to sign in, sometimes it won't sign me in, and sometimes it doesn't but it won't connect me to the game.
