PSN slow, Help!

Does anyone know hot to speed up the download speed for the psn?

It is so slow on mine, takes about two hours to download a demo!

i know a procedure to speed up download times, but its a bit complex:

1) Go in the playsation store

2) Start your download

3) Go to sleep for the night, leaving your ps3 on.

4) And in the morning, WABAM!, your download should be done.

And how does this sleep thing work then?storky86
