I rang Sony (Europe) up a few minutes ago and spoke to someone about the error code (80023017) I was getting when trying to access Playstation Store, and also another error code i was getting when trying to connect to the Playstation Store, and apprently (after trying to tell me I would need to ring up my service provider to change ports) we established that there was routine maintenance going on till about 8pm tonight.
I was having a few problems with the store over the past few days where things were not in the correct order that they should have been (in date when you do a search of recent stuff, and in alphabetical order when doing a alphabetical search) hopefully they are resolving this little error and maybe FINALLY adding some of the cool stuff that our US cousins have on their version of the Playstation Store.

Im getting this too, and I was trying to take a break from 360 for a hour or so. Ill just wait sure it wont be long, on a side note like Xbox, they should send out messages to your in box about up coming maintenance.
