will the psp 2000 have a price drop when the 3000 comes out, and if so how much?

I own a phat but i would like to upgrade.

Kinda doubt that. I believe they will just phase out the 2000 and leave store shelves with the 3000.

But as long as you are upgrading from the original, may as well get the 3000.

Dont get your hopes up that you will get a 2000 any cheaper. They will just sell them off until they are gone and carry on with the new model.
