Just Little Big Planet at the moment, and possibly Valkyria Chronicles 2 (haven't played the first).

Persona PSP, Persona 3, and Valkyria Chronicles 2. Can't wait for those games. Not much longer for Persona though.

Little big planet and motorstorm are my two most anticipated, and dissidia even though its out I dont have a PSP yet.
