Almost ever PSP game I have the plastic case it is in the clear plastic has come off or they start to come apart. I do not throw them around or anything I will leave one game in most time then when I try to take it out the case or carrying case they will break out the plastic around the disc or come undone. do they sell more cases like that or am I just not suppose to keep them in the case they come in since that snapped open a few the games.
Oh dude i know what you mean! my metal slug anthology's plastic thing is pushed in. but what i do i pop it back out by pushing underneath not to break the disk so it can play. I hate the casing that the UMDs are in, cus they are total garbage
i play all my games like crazy and not a signle game case has broken I dont know why some have this issue And btw if any x-box 360 or ps3 had the same sorta case, they would cheapen out to save money also lol
My suggestion is to go out and get yourself some nice Umd sleeves. They're made of hard plastic and come in the shape of teh umd disc. :shock:. Should cost about 10 bucks and come in a package of like 3 or 6. Rotate your game collection with them.
I have loads of games and play them all of the time, and haven't had this happen to me. Maybe you are pulling on them too hard or putting too much pressure on them? Be gentle... :P
When I got the demo disc for the PSP, I didn't know the plastic case was meant to stay on. Took me half an hour before i realised. I nearly broke my case in the process!
yeah I should have added "CASES" into the title I was thinking people would think I was talking about the Game Case box itself.
I have tried to be careful with all my games Even tho there is times when I am playing mostly a Fighting game and all they do is block thats about the time I want to smash the psp or just throw it against a wall lol.
What I did with my Tekken Games the case around it was almost apart so I took and cracked open one from one the demo disc slide it in there and used it.
The one clear plastic cover game out when I was taking out one my movies/games I do not remember was a **** to get out.
I was hoping to find better cases to put them in at gamestop all I found was carrying case course the closet gamestop here kinda sucks.
yeah i do too but in the case of DBZ: Shin Budokia another road they added a new block where the use Ki energy to block everything and the will block then use that then dodge and block more then go to the Ki block. I have a Problem in Tekken: DR too they will do nothing but block in the Dojo and Arcade.

I don't use the original box because it isn't really design good. Get UMD Cases and you'll won't have that problem anymore.

Thats exactly what I had to do but the game was Lumines. I think they are made with cheap plastic.
I have never had problems with any of my UMD discs ever and I had my same psp since release date... the only one that I had trouble with was the used Death Jr that I bought from gamestop just the top where the little arrow is pointing showing you which way you insert the UMD, but I fixed that with super glue, and never had a problem again
