I think it releases on October 1st. As for your other questions...

The screen is smaller (3.8in,I think)

The screen has better contrast

The system is smaller

No UMD Drive(PSN will hold most, if not all, PSP games and Sony has plans to allow UMD's to be converted)

I think USB transfer is faster

Bluetooth Capabilities

It has a slider screen that covers the buttons

The buttons have been re-arranged

It now has a micro Memory Stick slot(no regular MS)

16GB internal memory(other models have no internal memory)

All for $250

And that's about all I know.

There's also a thread for PSP Go info HERE

EDIT: Yes, FF7 is in the Store

P.S. All models can download PSP games from the Playstation Store. For the current/older models, all you need is a Memory Stick large enough to hold them.

Google is your friend. In fact, it took Google 0.19 seconds to give me this answer. I would guess this is a much shorter time then you've waited for a response. Anyways, it comes to North America on October 1st for the price of $249.99. Personally I prefer the PSP 3000 as the Go has a smaller screen and no UMD drive. If you hate the UMD drive, the Go may be a good choice. IMO, it isn't worth the price tag.
