With the current economy, I've decided to trade in old stuff for a PSP GO at Game Stop, but I want to know before I go and do that, if I'll get ripped off or not. List of stuff I'm trading in: -10 GBA games -1 black Game Boy SP + ac adaptor -9 PSP UMD's -1 PSP 1000 + ac adaptor -6 PS3 games -9 PS2 games Anybody have any idea if I'll get anything out of this?

http://www.gamestop.com/gs/specialty/tradeins/

"PSP Go trade up offer

Trade in your PSP(slim or 3000) and 3 PSP games and get $100 toward the purchase of a new PSP Go or trade the original PSP and 3 PSP games and get $60.

Expires: 10/25/2009. Games with a trade value of less than $1.00 are excluded from offer."

"Trade 3 for an extra $10, or Trade 4 for an extra $20

Trade 3 Xbox 360, PS3 or Wii games and get an extra $10 trade-in credit, or 4 and get an extra $20.

Expires: 10/25/2009. Games with a trade value of $2.00 or less are excluded from offer."

So you should get at least $60 with the psp 1000 and 3 psp games. And the deal with the PS3 games.

I'm not sure about the other stuff you have though, but i'm guessing you will not get that much.

Hope this helps

You might get $150 for all of that

Call them, it's your best bet, or go down there. I mean honestly it depends on what games you're trading in, the condition, etc.

Do NOT trade them in! Sell them on your local classifieds or eBay instead. You'll get wayyyy more money that way.

I agree with trading in all your gaming stuff that you probably don't use a whole lot and replacing it with one clean, small, sleek handheld. I'd do it regardless. Take what you get for that stuff.

Depends on what you're trading in. But from the looks of it, yeah, you're getting ripped off. You can just get a 16GB memory stick for your old PSP and download games on it like a Go. And you don't have to get rid of your UMDs. That's what I'm doing. It's not worth getting rid of all that for the Go, IMO. There are many games the Go can't play like imports and the games that'll never come to the PSP. But with that said, you can do whatever makes you happy and whatever you want. That's just my opinion on it. If you want the Go, go ahead. But as for me, I'd just get a 16GB for $60 and save the rest of the money or store credit for more games instead of wasting all of it on the Go.

I traded in my PSP 3000 and my DS for a PSP Go! Also tossed in a few UMD games and a couple of DS titles I don't play. Ended up paying 12 bucks for a PSP GO. Definitely worth it. I love the size and portability. It was great for me because I haven't touched my DS in over a year. Don't miss the trades at all.

Was it a DSi you traded or the Lite? It seems like you got rid of your DSi if you only paid a $12 difference for the Go.
