psp lite worth it???

i want a unbiased opinion so ds fanboys get otta here with your nintendo ass (loved the gameboy advance old school,but then who didn't) is the lite really make it that much better. Thinking of getting one mainly for when god of war olympus come out. Advice wouldbe greatful;), oi oi

Well since it is your first PSP system I would go with the Slim, The price is pretty good 169.99 for the core and 299.99 for the bundle( includes Daxter, 1 gig Mem stick and a family guy UMD. Plus the PSP has library has gotten alot better since lunch so it is worth it. If you have any more question be sure to ask.jasonharris48

I have not played it yet, I picked it up from the Post office this morning and I am charging the PSP. I will play it later even though I don't know a lick of Japanese.

You actually really need to have an old PSP to understand why the lite one is sooo good :)

The too main differences between the 2 systems are :

- the weight !

- the D-PAD is so much better with the lite ! (at least you can play street fighter game AND enjoy it)

Yeah I wanted to get the PSP lite too. I own a PSP but the square button is not reponsive and battery life sucks so i have a few questions about the psp lite. 1. How long is battery life? 2. Are the controls fixed? ( d-pad and supid square button on screen thing) 3.Since it is faster could that help frame rate? 4. What are some other new things about it that make it better? 5. What games are coming out that I might like? So far i have MGS:OP, metal gear acid 1+2, GTA liberty city stories, Infected, the 2 megaman games, Lumines, WTF and Wipeout Thx in advanceFrozenDragon123

1-the battery life is the same (but you can use your phat battery in the slim psp to make it longer)

2-d-pad is GREAT ! i don't know for your square button, mine is just fine

3-no

4-it is light man ! LIGHT ! i was absolutely not interested about getting a lighter psp but when i hold the slim in my hand the first time, i was just amazed ! it changes a lot of thing... I also had some dead pixels on my old psp screen but the new screens seems to be higher quality... you also have the video output thing

5-just look around you, a lot of fun to come fall 07

if you don't have one already then yes, cause is lighter and slimer, so i think maybe now it'll fit in your pocket. LOL
